SCW on Display at the 2024 Alphabet UK LCV Supplier Showcase

Last week we were incredibly excited to have been given the opportunity to exhibit two of our bespoke vehicle conversions at the Alphabet UK LCV Supplier Showcase.

Alongside our partners at Heathrow Van Centre, we had a fully-electric Maxus eDeliver 9 wheelchair accessible conversion and our latest L2H2 9-seat Volkswagen Crafter demo on display.

 

The Event

The fantastic event is set up by Alphabet UK to give their staff members the opportunity to see a variety of LCV’s and converted vehicles from their suppliers. With numerous vehicles on display, attendees had the chance to see, in person, the quality of each vehicle. Throughout the day, SCW’s Paul Dedman was on hand with Heathrow Van Centre’s Tony Bell to answer any questions that the Alphabet UK team may have had regarding our conversions.

 

Stanfords on Display

We were delighted to have been given the opportunity to showcase two of our wheelchair accessible conversions to the Alphabet UK team.

The Volkswagen Crafter Demonstrator:

  • Based on the L2H2 Volkswagen Crafter

  • 8 x passengers plus driver

  • Facility to carry up to 3 x wheelchairs

  • New Eclipse design passenger seating

  • Auto Lift internal tail lift

  • Ricon electric side step

  • Eberspacher passenger heating and air conditioning

  • Soft-feel interior lining with black suede roof centre panel

  • LED interior lighting

 

The Maxus eDeliver 9 Conversion:

  • Based on the Maxus eDeliver 9

  • 8 x passengers plus driver

  • Facility to carry up to 3 x wheelchairs

  • Wipe clean passenger seating with orange piping

  • Ricon internal tail lift

  • Maxus side step

  • Soft-feel interior lining with full black suede roof

  • LED interior lighting
