Over the past few months, multiple SCW build teams have been working hard to convert 30 Super Flat Floor Mercedes Sprinters for The London Borough of Redbridge.

In November 2019, our long-term client Civilised Car Hire, introduced us to Parisian tour company Global Production Supply.

This week we converted a L4H2 Fiat Ducato into a mobile classroom for a college based in the North West of England. The mobile classroom will be used by students studying specialist subjects such as robotics.

Earlier this month we converted a luxury wheelchair accessible minibus for a retirement group. The group has 5 retirement homes all situated in beautiful period properties in the South of England.

At Stanford Coachworks we don’t provide our clients with pre-designed minibuses. Each of our vehicles are bespoke and custom-built to every client’s specific requirements. Our huge variety of minibus options is what makes our conversions one of a kind.

Last summer Stanford Coachworks were approached by a family who were in need of our help to create their dream luxury minibus.

Since 2012 we have been converting a number of vehicles for a long-term client of ours. Established in 2003, Mums & Sons are a fantastic organisation who specialise in disabled passenger transport for those with and without restricted mobility.

Earlier this week the sun finally decided to make an appearance in the Essex seaside town of Clacton for the handover of a brand-new ‘Vanda Blue’ Mercedes Sprinter minibus to Tendring Community Transport.

This week we have completed our first of 32 wheelchair accessible conversions on the brand new Renault Master. The LM35, converted for a large vehicle leasing client, featured the redesigned front end, a more spacious and stylish front cab and enhanced safety technology.

As 2019 draws to a close the beginning of a new decade awaits us and at Stanford Coachworks we wanted to look back at what we’ve been up to. In the past decade Stanford Coachworks has expanded massively and our hard-working team has grown to reach almost 50 individuals!
